I'm starting a new job in two weeks and the dress code is similar to my current one (business casual) but more polished. So I really need to step up my game, clothing-wise.

As I cannot type whenever I wear a bracelet, I'm going to invest in a bunch of cufflinks. These are all from Thomas Pink (the best dress shirts, hands down).
