The moment you say that I can't eat something, it's all I can think about.
You might think this stymies my goal of getting fit. It does not. I still eat whatever I want, I just have to work out that much harder and longer to burn it off. Once you realize you have to do at least two, hour long cardio workouts to work off that pizza slice, you definitely think twice about it.
But if you're like me, you think it's totally worth it to have fro yo. I am currently obsessed with Haagen Daaz's vanilla yogurt with honey and granola. Or as DH calls it, my hippy ice cream.
I am perfectly ok with working out twice a day as long as I get a spoonful of that yummy yummy yummy icy goodness.
Pick up a carton, you won't regret it. 1/4 cup: 200 calories

I completely agree with you about not dieting! I hate diets and think they will never work. Instead, I just try to make good choices 90% of the time. I still allow myself treats here and there. I need to try that frozen yogurt.
